Synopsis

wb app [COMMAND]

Description

The Workbench CLI allows running supported third-party tools within the context of a workspace. The utility-mode config property controls how tools are run: either in a Docker container, or as a child process.

Nextflow and the gcloud SDK are the first examples of supported third-party tools.

Commands

• execute [FOR DEBUG] Execute a command in the tool container for the Workbench workspace, with no setup.
• list List the supported tools.
